SKBergé’s Logistics Warehouse and Spare Parts Distribution Center (CDR) stores and distributes the replacement parts and accessories for all brands of vehicles of the SKBergé group in Chile.
According to SKBergé’s vision, this center of spare parts distribution is essential for the automotive business since CDR is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of spare parts and accessories to more than 70 dealers throughout the country while maintaining optimal stock levels and key inventory items, which finally implies to fully comply with the needs of the final client enhancing customer satisfaction service standards. This logistics center is located in Santiago, receives more than seven thousand monthly orders and stores more than 60 thousand product items of all brands represented by SKBergé. |
